潛水(shui)排汙(wu)泵(beng)常(chang)會因為(wei)水池(chi)中缺水(shui)而導(dao)致電(dian)機繞(rao)組燒壞(huai)。針(zhen)對(dui)這種情(qing)況(kuang),今天為(wei)您整(zheng)理(li)了(le)潛水泵幾(ji)種保(bao)護(hu)措施:缺(que)水(shui)保護(hu)、電(dian)機漏(lou)水保(bao)護(hu)、油室(shi)漏水(shui)保護(hu)、絕(jue)緣電(dian)阻(zu)保(bao)護(hu),繞(rao)組過(guo)熱(re)保護(hu)、軸承(cheng)過(guo)熱(re)保護(hu)等(deng)。WQ潛(qian)水(shui)排汙(wu)泵(beng)主(zhu)要部件(jian)由(you)葉(ye)輪、泵體、底座潛(qian)水(shui)電(dian)機組成(cheng)。改(gai)款排汙(wu)泵(beng)多(duo)用(yong)於工(gong)地(di)施工(gong),化(hua)糞池(chi)等(deng)有(you)汙(wu)水雜物的環(huan)境(jing)。水泵和(he)全銅(tong)電(dian)機是(shi)同壹(yi)根軸,由(you)於(yu)水(shui)泵(beng)位於(yu)整(zheng)個排汙(wu)泵(beng)下(xia)端,它(ta)能(neng)大(da)限度(du)抽(chou)吸地(di)面(mian)積(ji)余(yu)汙(wu)水。
1、禁止電(dian)源電(dian)壓異(yi)常開(kai)機
由(you)於(yu)低(di)壓供電(dian)線路比較(jiao)長(chang),線路的末(mo)端電(dian)壓過(guo)低(di)是(shi)常有(you)的事。當(dang)相(xiang)電(dian)壓低(di)於198伏(fu),線電(dian)壓低(di)於342伏(fu)時,潛水(shui)泵電(dian)機轉速下降,當(dang)達(da)不到額定(ding)轉速的70%時(shi),啟(qi)動離心(xin)開(kai)關(guan)會閉(bi)合,造成(cheng)啟(qi)動繞(rao)組長時(shi)間(jian)通(tong)電(dian)而發(fa)熱(re)甚至(zhi)燒壞繞(rao)組和電(dian)容器。相(xiang)反(fan),電(dian)壓過(guo)高(gao)引(yin)起電(dian)機過(guo)熱(re)而燒壞(huai)繞(rao)組。因此(ci),潛(qian)水泵(beng)在作業(ye)中,操作者必須隨(sui)時(shi)觀察(cha)電(dian)源電(dian)壓值(zhi),若低(di)於額定(ding)電(dian)壓10%以(yi)下,高(gao)於額定(ding)電(dian)壓10%以(yi)上,應(ying)使電(dian)機停(ting)止運(yun)轉,找出原(yuan)因(yin)並(bing)排除(chu)故障(zhang)。
2、確(que)認正(zheng)確(que)的電(dian)機的旋(xuan)轉方(fang)向(xiang)
應(ying)搞(gao)清(qing)電(dian)機的旋(xuan)轉方(fang)向(xiang),現(xian)在(zai)有(you)許(xu)多類型(xing)的高(gao)揚(yang)程潛(qian)水泵(beng)正(zheng)轉和(he)反(fan)轉時(shi)皆可出水(shui),但(dan)反(fan)轉時(shi)出(chu)水量小(xiao)、電(dian)流(liu)大(da),其反轉時(shi)間(jian)長(chang)了(le)會(hui)損壞電(dian)機繞(rao)組。
3、電(dian)纜線(xian)安裝(zhuang)與潛(qian)水(shui)泵(beng)的絕(jue)緣電(dian)阻(zu)要(yao)求(qiu)
安裝(zhuang)潛水(shui)泵(beng)時(shi),電(dian)纜線(xian)要(yao)架空,電(dian)源線不要太長。潛(qian)水泵(beng)下(xia)水或(huo)提出(chu)時切(qie)勿使(shi)電(dian)纜受(shou)力,以免引起電(dian)源線斷裂(lie)。潛(qian)水泵(beng)工(gong)作時不要沈入泥中,否則(ze)會(hui)導(dao)致電(dian)機散(san)熱(re)不良(liang)而燒壞(huai)電(dian)機繞(rao)組。安裝(zhuang)時,電(dian)機的絕(jue)緣電(dian)阻(zu)不應低(di)於0.5兆(zhao)歐(ou)。
4、避免頻(pin)繁(fan)開(kai)關(guan)
不要頻(pin)繁(fan)地(di)開(kai)關(guan)潛水(shui)泵,這是(shi)因為(wei)電(dian)泵停(ting)轉時(shi)會(hui)產生(sheng)回流(liu),若立(li)即(ji)開(kai)機,會(hui)使電(dian)機負載啟(qi)動,導(dao)致啟動電(dian)流(liu)過(guo)大(da)而燒壞(huai)繞(rao)組。由(you)於(yu)啟(qi)動時電(dian)流(liu)很大(da),頻(pin)繁(fan)啟(qi)動也會燒壞(huai)潛(qian)水(shui)泵電(dian)動機繞(rao)組。
5、漏電(dian)保護(hu)器的安裝(zhuang)
漏電(dian)保護(hu)器也叫保(bao)命器,它(ta)的作用(yong)從保(bao)命器(qi)這(zhe)三(san)個字(zi)就(jiu)可以理(li)解。因為(wei)潛水(shui)泵(beng)在(zai)水下工(gong)作,容易(yi)漏電(dian)造成(cheng)電(dian)能損(sun)失甚至(zhi)引發(fa)觸(chu)電(dian)事故。如果裝(zhuang)有漏(lou)電(dian)保護(hu)器,只要(yao)潛水(shui)泵漏(lou)電(dian)值超(chao)過(guo)漏(lou)電(dian)保護(hu)器的動作電(dian)流(liu)值(壹(yi)般不超(chao)過(guo)30毫(hao)安),漏電(dian)保護(hu)器就會切斷潛水(shui)泵的電(dian)源,確(que)保(bao)安全,同時(shi)避免(mian)漏電(dian)、浪費(fei)電(dian)能。
6、禁(jin)止潛(qian)水(shui)泵超(chao)負荷工(gong)作
為(wei)避免(mian)潛(qian)水(shui)泵超(chao)負荷工(gong)作,不要抽含沙量大(da)的水(shui)並(bing)隨時(shi)觀察(cha)電(dian)流(liu)值是(shi)否在(zai)銘牌上(shang)規(gui)定的數(shu)值(zhi),若發(fa)現(xian)電(dian)流(liu)過(guo)大(da),應(ying)停(ting)機(ji)檢(jian)查(zha)。另(ling)外(wai),電(dian)泵脫(tuo)水運(yun)行的時(shi)間(jian)不宜(yi)過(guo)長(chang),以(yi)免(mian)使(shi)電(dian)機過(guo)熱(re)而燒毀。
7、註(zhu)重(zhong)日常維護(hu)
平(ping)時(shi)多檢(jian)查(zha)電(dian)機,如發(fa)現(xian)下(xia)蓋(gai)有裂(lie)紋(wen)、橡膠(jiao)密(mi)封環(huan)損(sun)壞或失效等(deng),應(ying)及時更(geng)換(huan)或修(xiu)復(fu),以(yi)防(fang)水(shui)滲(shen)入機器。
8、盡量避(bi)免(mian)在低(di)壓時(shi)開機(ji)
